i think these technical support teams are often run by the assessment providers and they often outsource these technical support teams to India etc with a different time zone

I think Sidley is one of those firms that despite being rolling, review every app received by the deadline. I recall someone getting an interview for winter that applied on the last day

1. How do you envision the Beyond programme will support you in achieving your future career goals? It is for the TLT Beyond programme.

I’m not sure what the word could is, but I would approach this by maybe opening up with a short paragraph explaining a couple things you want to achieve in your future career (e.g., confidence engaging with stakeholders, comfortability with working in a team, having a strong legal network).

Then I’d look at what TLT offers with the Beyond Programme and previous students experience and go into separate paragraphs explaining how what TLT offers will help you reach that goal.

Should look like:

1. Trainee buddy + Cohort = Foundation of a strong legal network

2. Group exercises = Early exposure to working in a team

3. Meeting TLT stakeholders + = Early exposure to engaging with stakeholders

Im never going to understand whether with amberjack it’s an overall benchmark or whether there’s a minimum requirement on each individual section haha

I got 7,4,6,4 with excellent verbal and got a VI

I really want to know too. If it's the lowest score on a given pillar, I am cooked. Creative force seems to always be my weakest.
