Their GR team is two people so it may take a while. Interviews start in Jan at some point and go all the way through March.

I guess just to be on the safe side assume you get through and prep for your VI.

Nope, not rolling. They potentially pre screen applications earlier than the deadline, but nothing starts going out until after - and I believe they review all applications before sending out VI invites.

Yeah possibly, considering how long their application is, they don’t want to lose out a stronger applicant pool
