Has anybody got any insights into the Clyde & Co VI. Particularly timings, number of questions and how long it will actually take. I'm in the middle of exams atm but it's due tonight. Finally, what is meant by 'strengths based assesment'??

6 questions. Preperarion material (can read/watch as long as you want). Once getting the question you have 1 minute prep, 2minutes to answer. The time it takes depends on how long you spend reading/listening to material. 18 minutes ish for the actual questions and recording. I'd allocate 30minutes total at least.

Nice to see a few fellow career changers on here, I always imagine GR team spitting their coffee out when they review my VI and see me rolling in on my Zimmer frame.

On a side note, anyone ever done a VI and not immediately wanted to curl into a ball and die? Asking for a friend... (Sorry WFW )

Hi! I was successful at interview with them for a paralegal position, and focused my answer on the benefits of the structure at Accutrainee which is quite unique and the type of role itself. Hopefully that’s helpful!

Opening Trowers email to see a rejection that soon but it was an email about their timeline. That gave me a heart attack as thought it was a PFO that soon.
