Have Hogan Lovells AC invites been sent out?

Is Hogan Lovells' 2nd stage test automatic?

has anyone heard of Hogan Lovells post Job Sim? Any AC invites?

What's the Cappfinity Job Simulation for Hogan Lovells like?
It says "mixture of scenario-based rank questions, video response questions and written response questions".

The scenario-based sounds like an SJT which I already did. Is the video response typical VI stuff ?

Hi all, for those who have completed the Hogan Lovells Job Simulation test, I was just wondering whether you wouldn't mind sharing whether the questions were more focused on the situations themselves in the test (i.e., how you would respond in different scenarios), or could be related more to your personal motivation, skills, and competencies? Prepping for possible questions such as Why the firm, why commercial law would take up so much more time. Thank you so much!

IS DLA Piper Watson Glaser test automatic? I got it on a Sunday and i'm wondering if it's automatic or it was actually assessed.
Back when I was applying it was definitely not automatic, and I do not think that they have changed their process. I would not read too much into the fact you heard back on a Sunday - this has happened to me a number of times when hearing back even after a VI/online test. Sometimes, recruiters also work in the weekends; and sometimes, while they may send invites all together in a semi-automised process which kicks in at the end of the week, that does not mean your application has not already been considered and that the process was not selective - the automised invites may be sent periodically to people whose applications were listed in "to be progressed" categories.

Sorry for the Latham spam, but regarding the graduate recruitment open day which is due to take place on the 13th of November (not the black lawyers open day or the LGBTQ+) open day.

Is anyone waiting to receive the video interview. I’ve completed the two stage asessment, which included no video interview component, and have recieved my cappfinity report. However I’m reading that there is a third additional test and a final recorded video interview, which I’m so confused about.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I never had a video interview or was required to do one during the two stage asessment that I was sent and requested to do immediately after submitting my application.

Sorry for the long winded message in advance

Yes similar situation. I asked grad rec about it.

They outlined not to worry and that the email mentioning two tests was sent to everyone in the process.

You’re right thought it’s coming up quickly so I had wondered if perhaps they’d filled their spots? Feels like the turnaround of VI review to making OD offers would be exceptionally tight for them!

This is the SJT you complete immediately after submitting the application form.

After this, if you have passed their threshold for this test, you will be sent a link to another test (also in the same platform) which is similar to WGT but bespoke to L&W. It is also accompanied by a situation based video interview, which would test your competencies.

    Blimey, that’s a lot!

Do you know the turnaround time from finishing the first SJT/recieving cappfinity report, to being sent the link to the second test.

I completed the test Wednesday evening, but recieved nothing on Thursday or Friday.
