See I would be careful because this is very scenario specific, if it’s your first seat or first task in the seat or something you’ve never done you should definitely ask, but if your in your final seat or more experienced you should have a go first, is how I tend to attack it

and I wouldn't know if that is what the firm is looking for without the firm actually reviewing it haha, that's the issueYh I did the same approach myself last yr as I thought us firms want to see strong initiatives and independence
