I’m currently crashing out massively. I just want an email from grad rec. I emailed Travers Smith about their application in the hope of getting a reply. Just to feel something.

I get that it’s a nerve wracking time, but pointlessly emailing grad recruitment will only mean that it takes longer for you to hear back. They have a finite amount of time. If they spend that time responding to emails that don’t need to be sent, that’s less time they can spend on reviewing applications and letting people know definitively where they stand.

Hi! Very long shot but I have a Milbank AC on Jan 7th which I sadly may not be able to attend due to work commitments. They weren't able to offer a later date, so I thought about asking here in case one of you has the same problem and would like to swap dates (if it's even allowed, not quite sure yet). I realise this is super unlikely but do lmk

I volunteer as tribute to take your spot on Jan 7th (I have not been invited to the Milbank AC)

This is what it says on their Linkedin re the process so I'm assuming by the end of next week we will have some more info

1. Application Deadline: 2 January 2026.
2. HR Screening Interviews: 19 – 30 January 2026.
3. Virtual Competency Interviews: 02 – 13 February 2026.
4. In-Person Case Study Interviews: 16 – 23 February 2026.
