No because in the CRS email the 5 days include the date of receipt of the email so that's the confusion

It says from receipt of the invite not including the day of the invite so the 23:59pm Monday deadline on the shortlister email is probably right? but happy to hear what they say if anyone sends a clarification email

Has anyone heard back from Taylor Wessing after the written test?

Has anyone got some advice on how to dress for an assessment centre where the following instructions were sent re dress code:

"There is no specific dress code. At the firm we adopt a 'dress for your day' policy meaning when colleagues have client meetings or court visits, they will dress a lot smarter, and some may be dressed more casually. We would recommend wearing whatever you feel comfortable in, whilst presenting yourself in a professional manner."

I'm thinking about playing it safe and wearing a full suit and tie anyway, but don't want to look out of place in case everyone else does actually follow these instructions and dresses much more comfortably?

City player successfully defends claim, though judge criticises handling of applications

Despite dismissing the claims in full, the judge criticised aspects of Clyde & Co’s handling of the applications.

He said the firm’s “passionate” commitment to inclusion and diversity did “not at all times sit comfortably” with its handling of the recruitment process, particularly in relation to the London and Bristol training contracts

The tribunal also criticised what it described as the “extraordinary failure” to inform Epelle of the outcome of her London application, calling it “another deeply regrettable lapse” for which no explanation had been provided. It suggested the firm should consider reviewing its recruitment systems.
