Hey everyone,

I'm just running a test of pulling in previews of relevant FT articles into the forum. The idea is that you can see what's interesting to you easily, while you browse the forum.

Any feedback on what would make it useful, please let me know.

Just had a Vs Interview and the woman was super rushed and had no time for the actual interview (???) she kept asking me questions and then being like ok one more to go! Like it was a race. It was so strange. Then at the end she didn’t let me ask any questions. I think I got questions correct (they were all like what would you do if … mistake in the contract etc) but at the end she was like ok goodbye! And then hung up. Am I cooked?

No! We aren't even sure if ACs have actually been sent, I flagged this issue with @Jaysen . Also the 2nd WG batch has their deadline in 2 days, so I would stick to the facts for now and wait. People got AC invites on 28 February last year, I wouldn't assume anything just yet.

Some people have gotten ACs post WG, but then again Orrick sent several batches of WGs, so it’s a possibility they’ll send a few batches of ACs too.

I received the WG from the first batch and haven’t heard anything yet. I’m awful at the WG so I wasn’t exactly expecting much different lmao.​

Because the user claiming they got an AC yesterday evening had lied to me in PM and tried to mislead me about the WG before I took it (they literally told me that Orrick’s WG doesn’t have an Assumptions section and that once you do a section you can’t go back to check it - all lies as I found out when I took the actual test). Unsurprisingly, I have a hard time believing they’re legit.

Just trying to keep the forum honest and transparent We found another scammer last month that misled people about Reed Smith, and Jaysen removed them from the forum. It’s not about my feelings but the point of TCLA - which is to help candidates, not get them worried unnecessarily.

Correction: there as another alleged AC but not posted directly by the receiver. I’d rather not take these for granted, its hearsay at best.

I don't know if there's anything to this, but I read a post where someone said they got a VS offer from RPC the day after their AC end of January which confused me as in the AC they told us they weren't getting back to us until around 23 February and there were still multiple AC cohorts to go over the next weeks. Had me utterly baffled.
