Heyy guys,

I've been struggling to answer this question for the TLT direct TC app - any ideas?

Please choose a sector. What can the legal industry learn from this sector and in particular, what can TLT learn?

Are there any sectors you can see are doing something interesting that might be improving a business process, whether that is attracting/retaining clients better, adapting to modern trends, working with technology, taking a more innovative business strategy, who have adapted well in the pandemic, how it deals with employees in this sector, how they partner with other businesses/sectors, how they deal with ESG/CSR initiatives? And then think if TLT can learn from them and apply that thinking/approach to their business.

Although it says sector, it isn't unusual for applicants to focus on a small number of businesses within that sector that are doing the thing that they think TLT can learn from.
