I have a VI and the deadline is 26 January (00:00) does this mean tonight or tomorrow? Its for W&C.

I would say tomorrow at midnight!

ok so I have a similar thing with Latham and have emailed to confirm so if i get a response in good time will let you know what they said! For them they said midnight on 27th

wish firms just said a date and then 11:59pm to be more specific
