@AvniD thank you for starting this thread 🙌. I am really happy to hear that you have found support in friends and family! I know that you have mentioned in the past how being around lots of other post-grads has its benefits, so it is great to hear that this is coming in clutch now 💪. Have you come up with any strategies for planning your day and keeping on top of things? I have just started reading Atomic Habits which is FANTASTIC for this sort of thing! (thank you @LauraAlturaCoaching!) I am also in the midst of exams and so have been trying hard to fit in socialising, staying active, enjoying sunny London whilst also focusing on revision. Something I am still adjusting to is viewing time taken to walk to the library or eat breakfast as a good use of time (rather than a waste!). Laura and I had a conversation about this and since I have really enjoyed the fact that I can have time to do non-productive things (even in exam season!). One thing that I have really loved doing recently to take my mind off things is cooking! The rest of the team know this (given my reaction at the prospect of being able to choose a restaurant for our team dinner) but I loove my food. Cooking for me is one of the best ways to fully immerse myself in something away from work when I am stressed 🧑🍳
