Are the CRS ones similar to previous years (why CRS is different from a client POV and a commercial news story that would impact the firm)! About to attempt it now.

How did you find CRS?

Hi! I think it was okay overall. The competency ones for me were probably the most challenging because I had to tweak my examples to fit with the competencies. The questions relating to CRS were alright but the 90 second window is a pain haha.

How are you feeling about it?

From my experience of ACs, this one you cannot prepare for. All my previous ACS have been firm focused but this one did not require any prep! My advice would just be confident in your presentation with a clear structure and try answer the questions as best you can, even if you do not know, make an educated guess and allow the interviewers to steer you in the right direction!

I agree! Think the personal connection with the interviewed will be valued alot more highly than be able to read a calendar ...

You cant prepare for the topic, just compeltely random. Everyone ive spoken to says presentation is good but test is vile.

Just finished. Exactly the same - that test was cooked.

Aw I'm sorry to hear that - at least we're in the same boat! Fingers crossed others are too and hopefully the weighting of the test isn't too significant - especially given that we already had to complete a Watson Glaser to get to this point.
