Hey, I hope you're well. I saw your post regarding the OC assessment centre and I was just wondering how it was? I have mine in a couple of days and it will be my first assessment centre so I am very nervous. Any help would be really appreciated! Thank you :)

Hi! Hope you are well too :) And it was my first assessment centre too, but it was went well I thought! The OC team do a great job of making you feel at ease. The interview was very relaxed I thought and the partners were lovely. The group exercise is done in groups of 4, so you'll definitely be able to contribute with ease.

Hey Congratulations! I honestly think relax and be yourself - everyone at the firm was lovely and so you will definitley be comfortable. Just treat it like an opportunity to meet friends! Good luck :)
