I do not know if this is the right thread but I have been approached for a new job and it is inside IR35 scheme.
Do you have any useful link or information...google is scaring me

This is a nightmare for the self-employed. Most people work through an umbrella company to ensure they are IR35 compliant, but that will take a good 25-33% of your day rate to do so.

If you want to work on a PAYE basis, then ask the employer/recruiter whether they will consider that instead if you don’t want to take an inside IR35 role (I won’t take them unless they up my day rate by 40%, which is just highly unlikely).

Yes it had! I’m assuming they’re gonna wait until the last minute and let everyone know at once! So nervous my VI went so bad!

Yes I think so too! I'm trying to not think about it but i keep refreshing my emails 😅

Are you having any issues signing into the apply4law database? Now been able to get in for a week to see if mines been reviewed

@Jessica Booker Hi Jessica, I completed a White&Case VI 10 days ago, by the sounds of it I think they only get back to people if successful - I havent heard of any rejections at that stage. Do you think I have anything to lose by calling them up?

I'm unable to get into mine either! I'm just trying not to look too much into it (easier said than done I know)
