From my experience last year Skadden were non rolling, DLA Piper got back to people in November and White and Case take ages to get back to you.
Yeah thought that too but I’m skeptical it will be a waste of time, if I didn’t get the workshop I doubt I’ll get through for a direct TC
Can you apply for direct TC in same application for a vacation scheme?
Well we don't really know what is the precise reason for getting rejected. Maybe the candidate pool for the winter workshop is too big. But since I'm applying to the non-law TC route maybe it'll be better? Who knows haha
The FAQ section said that 'Candidates who have had an unsuccessful work experience application can still apply for a training contract'

I am not sure if the list is accurate to date, so I would double-check that to make sure.

This website has a free SJT you can complepte and you get a report with your results. I did it and it was good experience. Need to scroll to the bottom of the page. They also have some verbal test questions you can practice on too.

Law SJT or Situational Judgement Test aimed at traineee solicitors and paralegal roles. An untimed test that presents candidates with real-life work situations (based within a law firm) and then asks them to decide on the best response to that scenario.

The British Psychological Society state that 30th%ile is an industry standard cut off score for ability tests and SJTs...
I really don’t think it will be! I was at a Slaughters event recently & over a quarter of the trainees I spoke to said they got rejected from the vac scheme and accepted the next year for a TC
Any news from Travers (after app) or Clyde & Co (after test)? Those are my only hopes now for securing a winter VS!

I think it’s already quite late since they closed their applications 3 weeks ago and presumably hold interviews until the middle of November.
I applied for it on the 7th sep still haven't heard anything. My highest scoring was critical thinking and excellence and lowest was leadership preference, I have not got my WG percentile, have you?
