If you put down a spring scheme as first choice and a summer scheme as second and third. How likely is it that you are considered for the summer scheme instead of the spring? Or do they always stick to your first choice?? Thanks!

I was a bit confused about the time slots though. It gives you an option to book one 45min time slot (I assume for the interview), when does the written exercise take place? Right after?

yes! thank you, had a very lousy week overall for personal reasons so this was the last strand of hope I needed lol.

Moving on to putting in direct TC applications at the moment and was unsure as to where to apply owing to the stage we are at in the recruiting cycle.
