I don’t really know how much weight they apply on those scores and the VI ques so I would hold on! They might still be getting back to everyone. I applied for Leeds. Wishing you all the best!

Employment dates and job title most likely - some firms may ask previous employers to comment on your performance, but most employers will only give out a standard reference of dates worked and the job title you worked under.

First of all congratulations in getting one! This is amazing!

Did anyone who got a Bakers VI for VS apply near the deadline (within a week roughly)? Seeing very fast PFOs go out for the direct TC and worried I've screwed myself by waiting to submit my application because I was trying to perfect it 😢
