Is the Addleshaw Goddard work experience section limited to 3, it says to quote up to 3 but the form itself allows more than 3.
Hi @Jessica Booker - how does someone show they've developed since getting rejected post vac scheme? I want to apply to a firm after I didn't convert the vs into a tc last year, but not sure I can demonstrate how I've developed since. (I guess it doesn't help that I failed to convert another vs since).

I haven't completed the WG test yet, so can't say from my personal experience, but the email invite for the WG did say this right at the bottom:Hey all - does anyone know when we should hear back from Howard Kennedy after completing the Watson Glaser test? Is there a video interview stage next, before the assessment centres? I can see on here last year people did VI’s but I can’t see that on the HK website. Thanks
"The following stage of the recruitment process is an online pre-recorded video interview, and the final stage will be an in person assessment centre. If you are unable to attend the assessment centre at our office in London on the 11th or 18th July 2024, please do let us know prior to completing the Watson Glaser assessment."
So the next step should definitely be a VI. I'm just not sure when the invites will be sent out. Hope this helps, and good luck with the rest of your application process!

I think they said we'll only hear back in June unfortunately..
I don’t understand why no one seems to have heard back, it’s been a month and a half since the WG!
Has anyone heard back from Shoosmiths yet regarding the AC????
Only certain people from their placement scheme have received AC invitations for now. Direct TC candidates will most likely hear by the end of May.
Also how do people with full time jobs manage to attend schemes and interviews? I started a full time job a few months ago (so don’t have the full amount of annual leave for the year which doesn’t help) and having attended a few ACs already I am really worried about running out of leave (it’s keeping me awake in case you couldn’t tell). Do people pull sickies? Claim they have doctors appointments? What about if you have an AC or interview that isn’t a full day, do you only take half the day off and claim you have an appointment? The direct TC routes seem to have multiple interviews and so that could build up very very quickly
anyone heard from browne jacobson regarding telephone interview?
