If I had a final interview last Wednesday (5th June) and still haven’t heard back, should I assume that I’ve been rejected?

For context, they told me I will hear back this week and that their final rounds of interview was last week

I wouldn't automatically assume its a rejection - there could be delays in getting back to people for multiple reasons!

This is probably a silly question, but how does one go about drafting meeting minutes?
This article may be useful. It is specifically about board meeting minutes, but most of the principles apply to any meeting minutes:

Thanks so much Jess!

Failed to get any offers this cycle :( how would people recommend preparing for the next one? For context, I am just about to graduate from a Russell Group University with a non-law degree and most probably with a first. I'm starting my LLM Law Conversion with SQE 1 at BPP in September. I don't have any legal experience but I am super determined so if anyone could give advice/accessible things to do over Summer I would be so grateful.

As the GLP Diversity Scheme starts on the 1st of July - two weeks from now, I'm assuming I have a PFO as I have not heard back on the outcome of my application.

Has anyone who has applied heard back from Aspiring Solicitors? I think it's awful how they don't provide a timeline for what happens after application deadlines, or updates of If applications are still being reviewed. I've emailed for more support and have been aired on both occasions. When I'm not even provided feedback on application, I at least deserve strong communication from the people if I have any queries.

I have seen on LinkedIn one person say that they have an offer the scheme.

If its two weeks before it starts, I would expect it to be a no - onboarding processes would easily take more than two weeks.

I am sorry you have experience this lack of communication - I know how frustrating it can be.
