When does the TC begin, as in the month? Also why are they recruiting so many years in advance. Have not seen any other firm recruiting for 2027 yet.

They have two application windows a year, one in jan and one in the summer. The January one is for Sept 2026/March 2027 and then Summer is March 2027/Sept 2027. I imagine they do it this way to spread the workload out maybe? Other firms typically only have one window (Freshfields are the only other firm I can think of with 2 deadlines) so makes sense when you think of it that way
