Proskauer is a niche shout, what makes you say that? Perkins would be perfect when their transatlantic merger goes through, he must have a lot of experience hiring in that field.
But Gemma went to Rare Recruitment, not law firm anymore. I believe that money isn't always everything. Age is matter, maybe they want to spend their time to family or personal values? We don't know as we're young so money seems everything, but I noticed US law firms' GR teams are younger than city or UK firms even the senior managers. Anyone else noticed?
