Congrats! Can I ask when did you apply? I applied on 8/12 and haven't heard any back yetfieldfisher interview invite
e.g. Describe a time you demonstrated resilience/teamwork/adaptability, etc.Does anybody have insights into what strength based questions look like?
I disagree with this. Yes this forum provides good application advice, but it also creates a community. I enjoy hearing how other people are dealing with this application period, it can be stressful and it's nice to know you aren't alone. If you're looking for something specific you can use the search tool. Alternatively, considering it's just a few messages every now and then it can't amount to more than a page of text which takes all of 30 seconds to skim.I don’t mean to seem rude but please can you stop giving us a running commentary. I see you post about 50 times on here a day and most are not actually related to vacation schemes. It makes useful information much harder to access if people are constantly having to read through pages and pages of posts related to you having a nap or building Lego.
in the nicest way possible - you can always just choose not to engage with their post if you don't find it valuable. Not every post will be valuable to you i.e. bc people are discussing firms you've already been rejected for / ineligible for / or simply not interested in. You can treat their posts in the exact same way. I think it's unfair to police what people post if it isn't contravening TCLA's policy; it is ok for people to simply share how they're feeling etc, especially if other people are engaging with said posts.I don’t mean to seem rude but please can you stop giving us a running commentary. I kind of second this. The lego and nap comments made me feel less insane for trying to get back to colouring/making puzzles like we all used to as kidsI disagree with this. Exactly what I’ve been crying about and imagine they are now conducting acs on a rolling basis.Hi I applied for Fieldfisher London for direct TC and have received the holding e-mail?
I thought they were none-rolling?

-Bird & Bird: Applied 11/11, PFO received 04/12 without sitting a test.💀
-Reed Smith: Applied 06/11, test invite on 20/11, still waiting on an outcome.🤞🏼
-S&M: Applied 04/11, PFO received 12/12.💔🥺
-Linklaters: Applied 01/09, scored 35/40 on WG, still waiting to hear back.🤞🏼

Trying to stay positive and patient through the waiting game. Wishing everyone else lots of luck with your applications too.🥰
Nice selection of firms you’ve got there! I’ve not got an update but Good luck.Just wanted to update you guys after 10 days. I would really appreciate anyone that applied to the firms that I am waiting for and has heard back to please let me know🥹🙏🏻 also I understand that everyone deals with PFOs differently but IMO we should include at least the date that we applied on when informing the forum on both invitations and PFOs. Current status below:

Thank you guys for your support, I hope everyone is enjoying the festivities, firms are giving PFOs as if they were Santa on Christmas days, don’t let that ruin your family time ( this advice is also to myself 🙈😂) and stay positive. Remember:

Could mean they are running 4 ACs for each of their phases? No idea tho - 8 ACs does seem an awful lotI have received the same and was informed they were non rolling at an insight day so am a bit disheartened.
They will send offers post ac on a rolling basis which might fill all the spaces before a second round as said in the email . I’m not that disappointed from an holding email but from the misinformation on their websiteCould mean they are running 4 ACs for each of their phases? No idea tho - 8 ACs does seem an awful lot
