I did it last year and what i'd say is that its not super structured so if you bring something up they will expect you to be able to talk about it and give examples of how your work experiance lines up with it.

Hey sorry if this has been asked heaps but I’m having trouble locating the post/thread that I know definitely exists somewhere re: firms that genuinely recruit from direct TCs. Does that ring any bells for anyone?

I did this with a firm, where I only changed why the firm answer from last year but the rest of the three answers were the same as last years one.

I was invited for an online interview with that firm, after completing their test. So not sure if they checked my application from last year or this year.

i remember Bristows saying it was fine. also I highly doubt they would take your previous app and compare it to your current one.

i have accepted a TC at a firm, but have now been offered a VS at a different one - does anyone know if there are any rules against taking the VS? would really appreciate any advice as google is conflicting!

Hey!! congrats this is huge. But the whole point of a VS is for the TC, so have you already signed a TC contract? If so, there is gen no point for you to do that, and if I were you, I would give up my position for someone who hasn't got a TC lined up. What you should ask your self is what do you hope to gain out of this, if its not a TC at that particular firm.

Someone in the same situation as you said that

They really wanted to do the VS at the other firm, so they emailed them saying that I have accepted a TC but I really want to do the vacation scheme with you too and the firm agreed to allow them complete vac scheme with them. I think if you do not disclose it, that will look bad on you
