How would you guys answer the question: how can firms thrive in the current climate?

I want to focus on legal technology and innovation. Is this good? And then give example of what the firm I’m applying to is doing.

Same! Honestly these rejections have me at a point where I can't even bring myself to prepare cause I think the outcome's gonna be the same.
But as somebody once said "do it tired, do it unmotivated, do it sad" and hopefully, we'll look back one day and think it was all worth it

I don't think there is any firm which doesn't take a written exercise at some point in the recruitment process.

Might be a silly question, but are there any firms that don't ask for a written exercise?

Would this be the same during the VS? So would there be the same written exercise or interviews during the VS that you’d do on the DTC AC? I’m not entirely sure what their process is cos surely it’s not just the one partner interview pre-VS?​
