I don't think there is any firm which doesn't take a written exercise at some point in the recruitment process.

Might be a silly question, but are there any firms that don't ask for a written exercise?

DACB VI , does anyone have any tips for a VI, i’d say its my weakest as I don’t do well without someone in front of me. If anyone can share any insight on the questions DACB may ask / tips for a VI im all ears

Would this be the same during the VS? So would there be the same written exercise or interviews during the VS that you’d do on the DTC AC? I’m not entirely sure what their process is cos surely it’s not just the one partner interview pre-VS?​
