Guys, I have an upcoming VI and I was wondering if you could give me some tips.
What are the typical questions? How should I prepare?

Jess shared a good tips sheet here: https://thecorporatelawacademy.com/...te-recruiter-anything.1557/page-53#post-24286.

It’s quite hard to prepare typical questions but I’d at least go through the typical ‘why this firm?’, ‘why commercial law?’ questions. Best way to prepare IMO is to practice answering questions under timed conditions, it makes you realise how concise your answers need to be and should improve your confidence for the real thing.

Who is your VI for? I may be able to assist with the Q's.

The most important thing is to practice beforehand and really, really use the practice question to time yourself. Definitely review it if it gives you the opportunity to.

For reference, I did (in retrospect) some very poor preparation for the Weil first-year scheme last year and when I did the VI, I completely underestimated it. It was awful!

This year - a different story :) Prepare, Practise. Succeed :)
