Hi, I'm trying to prep my timetable for the upcoming vac scheme cycle and wanted to a general overview of when, post-application, firms will give you their online assessment, and how many days they give you to complete this.

If anyone knows this for the following firms (personal anecdotes are welcome since its not often outright stated):

So far, I have the following:
    • Gateley
      • Received: post-application deadline/January (automatic)
      • Deadline: (?)
    • Irwin Mitchell (TC)
      • Received: 0 days post app (automatic)
      • Deadline: 7 days
    • Pinsent Masons
      • Received: 0 days post app (automatic)
      • Deadline: before applications close (?)
    • Gowling WLG
      • Online assessment:
        • Received: 0 days post app (automatic)
        • Deadline: 5 days
      • Video interview:
        • Received: Set date for everyone - estimation: 11 Dec (selective)
        • Deadline: 5 days
    • DLA Piper
      • Received: ~ 7 days post application (selective)
      • Deadline: 5 days
    • Mills & Reeve
      • Received: up to 14 days post-application (automatic)
      • Deadline: 7 days
    • Fieldfisher
      • Received: 7-11 days post-application (automatic)
      • Deadline: 5 days
    • Hogan Lovells Cadwalader
      • 1st stage assessment:
        • Received: 2-3 days post-application (automatic)
        • Deadline: (?)
      • 2nd stage assessment:
        • Received: (?) (selective)
        • Deadline: (?)

If you know the answers/have personal anecdotes to any firms that aren't these, let me know and I'll add it to this post to create a masterlist that'll hopefully help others :) I'm also happy to expand this to any post-application, pre-AC steps firms have.
