Do we think it's useful or actively unhelpful to email grad rec for firms you haven't heard from for months? It's been 5 months for Withers...

I would only email if you have other offers that you need to make decisions on soon. Firms tend to only expedite the process when they know they run the risk of losing a good candidate. If you're just curious I wouldn't reach out as they are processing applications anyways and likely will not see a reason to expedite yours and you will just get the basic "please be patient as we review applications" email.

I haven’t heard anything from Harbottle since I applied in January… assuming the news won’t be good

I think that maybe they prioritise digital mindset? I got a London AC but all my scores were slightly below yours, except digital mindset

As weird as it may seem, I don’t think Linklaters recruits from the DTC route. If you’re in doubt, do you know anyone that got in through this in the last 5 years?
