You can now find this on the TCLA Premium site - if you look under 'Additional Links' in the bottom right-hand corner, you'll find it as 'App & Interview Database'

Hi, not sure if I'm doing something silly but I used to be able to access it there, but now I get re-directed to the new workspace.
