Speculative applications are usually when you submit a CV without an explicit job opening, and they may call you first if an opening arises. I'm guessing that's a general link that stays at the bottom of their recruitment page?

Sorry I just did the AS commercial awareness preliminary round and can I just say that I’m in shock I THOUGHT I HAD GOOD COMMERCIAL AWARENESS.

In the legal cheek law fair they kind of made it sound like its automatic (and optional)
