Hi everyone!

Just wondering if anyone has any tips on how to prepare for a strengths-based video interview? I progressed to the VI stage for Reed Smith and the website says that their interview is different to competency based and has a lot of questions. If anyone has done this interview in the past and would like to share their experience I would be more than grateful!

Hi has anyone completed the RS online video interview yet? I'm struggling to find anything useful about it online.

I just have: there are 9 questions, only one is based on the firm and the rest is based on you. Most of them involve "what would you do in this situation..." note there is no time to rest between the questions, you have to do them one by one
