    This was what i got for the Open Day application then (top strength being resilience- later got a pfo), but somehow for the VS, I was able to get top strengths and a weakness. I don't know if it signifies anything.

    I do around 2-3 mins because sometimes I find that when I am going above that , I tend to almost get cut off and also if there is an opportunity to ask questions at the end, I just leave it at 3 mins max ☺️
