Agreed. It was such a good interview experience. Relaxed, fair, and conversational. My interviewer was really lovely and it was very conversational. But I defo stumbled in places and waffled on some answers so not super confident

Hi!Hi guys, i just applied for the Travers Smith DTC yesterday. i assumed they were non rolling but i have seen people receive interviews before the deadline. Am I too late ?
They advertised as and have historically been non rolling then they invited a bunch of people to first stage interview.Hi!
Whilst I’m not too sure if Travers Smith are rolling or non-rolling, it’s definitely not too late even if they are rolling! Most firms will receive the majority of their applications close to the deadline, and the most important aspect is submitting a strong application that you are confident about![]()
I read on another thread they do a screening first and see if you are eligible then send short list you. I heard back like a week after for the assessment! For people who applied to Freshfields direct TC, is anyone still waiting for their test (automatic if I'm correct) invite?
This is positive! I think they’re considering inviting you to interview as long as you confirm your gradesHellooo!! Maybe someone can help me here 😅
I have applied to Slaughter and May on Tuesday (04 Nov) and today I received an email from Early Careers asking for my degree results (please see attachment) I found this a bit odd since I did provide them in the online form.
However, I also have a Certificate of Higher Education (accounting/economics) from some time ago which I did not provide the modules breakdown for because I cannot remember! I left a comment explaining this and mentioning I hold the original paper certificate.
I am not sure if they refer to the CertHe or my current law degree (which I am on my last year). Furthermore, to get a transcript from my previous university I need to pay £50!!! Which I am not willing to pay now unless it’s because I got a TC offer.
Thank you! Do you recon I should reply by sending my LLB official transcript (to date) or a word document just with a list of modules and gradesThis is positive! I think they’re considering inviting you to interview as long as you confirm your grades
Is the VI mainly situational or technical as well?Freshfields stage 2 !!! Submitted stage 1 late October
Hey did you do the second stage interview? What sort of questions were they for the second stage, and what should I mainly prep for? Are there any commerical awareness questions?Freshfields assessment invite, not sure if its automatic?
It’s a Competitive process, do you have insight to offer for other firms? If so I’d lead with that and someone may message you!Hey did you do the second stage interview?
