I completed stage 2 of the online assessment (the VI) on Monday. Wondering if anyone has potentially received any feedback for Stage 2?

What sort of questions did they ask, any that were more commerical awareness-based?

I would include all your grades. Don’t omit anything and definitely include any official transcripts

Hellooo!! Maybe someone can help me here 😅

I have applied to Slaughter and May on Tuesday (04 Nov) and today I received an email from Early Careers asking for my degree results (please see attachment) I found this a bit odd since I did provide them in the online form.

However, I also have a Certificate of Higher Education (accounting/economics) from some time ago which I did not provide the modules breakdown for because I cannot remember! I left a comment explaining this and mentioning I hold the original paper certificate.

I am not sure if they refer to the CertHe or my current law degree (which I am on my last year). Furthermore, to get a transcript from my previous university I need to pay £50!!! Which I am not willing to pay now unless it’s because I got a TC offer.

This might be a good sign as it might mean that they want to interview you subject to your grades. I am rooting for you btw.

I took it 28th October didn’t get an invite. Maybe I preformed bad? However I do tend to do well in online tests 🤔

I took mine on the 28th October.

I didn't think it went well for me - I normally suck at the critical thinking tests.

Completed the 2nd test on the 27th Oct and haven’t heard yet. Think they’re progressing people onto the second test and we’ll hear back after that batch

Cannot get myself to prepare for VIs... Honestly, they are so draining. I usually perform very well during the real interviews, whereas VIs make me feel like a robot

I think they are very likely referring to the degree results. I am not sure if this issue is due to some technical error or a mistake on their part, but I think the best course of action is to just reply to their email with a full module breakdown and then ask if they require any other documentation.

There’s a VI, unlimited prep but I think it needs to be done at the same time as SJT
