Tbh I thought it would be higher because they said they considered VS and direct TC applicants the same.

With only about eight candidates per day over six AC days, it would seem that the conversion rate from AC to TC could be relatively high then?

Yeah I reckon it’ll be maybe 1 place for every 3 applicants ratio wise.

Firms tend to call the people with offers first then reject by email after calls are done. It’s heartless but it happens 😬

I got my offer call at 12:18 so I assume they’re still making phone calls.

For the summer vac they called on Friday and emailed on Monday

Anyone heard from Kennedys after taking their SJT?

Got my feedback report today and apparently strengths were "Supporter", "Flex" and "Initiative" with my weakness being "Accountability". No scores though so not really sure what any of that means 😀
