Nah it's almost always the interviewing partner. People can correct me if they've had different experiences, but it tends to be them.

Hogan Lovells AC, any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Had an AC with them two years ago, main things would be:

• Prepare hard for situational judgement questions (STAR structure, etc).
• Don't worry too much about not knowing things, the partners will often prompt you on what they want you to elaborate on
• Prepare questions to ask after both interviews.
• Try to be conversational with the partners. The structure may have changed in two years so it might be more rigid now, but I found that having a back and forth worked well in my interview.

Firstly, congratulations on your AC!
Secondly, could you choose from all the dates announced on their website? Trying to figure out if its a PFO..
