I got mine this morning too, exactly two weeks later, just a rejection. It’s honestly frustrating because I felt like I performed much better at the AC compared to the first interview (and it was my first ever AC after consistently applying for the past three years). I didn’t get any feedback either, just a standard rejection email, which felt a bit odd. Even stranger, when I emailed to ask for feedback, the automated response said it can take up to three months!!! For feedback?!!

Personally, if you have a preferred firm I would do their vacation scheme. I'd reach out to the other firm, explain the situation and ask if you could be considered for DTC.

I think mofo does tc hiring exclusively through the scheme while morgan lewis also has a dtc route, so it is possible.

sidley finally replied after about 70 days with a HR interview. i've had a really rough application process and this is an unexpected last shot. if anybody would be willing to give me some insights i'd be so so grateful.
