Hey, from what I remember the confirmation gets sent a little bit later - normally an hour or few. If you don’t hear anything by tomorrow then maybe send them an email, the application should be on your cvmail account anyways which is proof that you applied!

Does anyone know exactly what time Penningtons Manches Cooper(PMC) DTC applications close tomorrow? Should I presume it is noon or midnight?

They close at midnight from what I remember, but don’t leave it that late in case you have problems and need to contact them!
