    It wouldn't just be within employment law though would it? For example it may impact tendering processes as one example. Lawyers need to think more holistically and be able to spot issues they may need to refer to colleagues in other practice areas internally.

    Not really. They ask whether interviewees think the impact of the DEI news in the US will impact the UK and how it will affect UK law firms - this doesn't mean just the firm itself but the advice they give.

    I would say they probably won't rescind but also probably have a budget which they are prepared to pay so it will be down to you to take it or leave it. But if you don't ask you don't get so ask and see what happens.

    I believe if you qualify there ie. in NY you will just need to do SQE2 to transfer to being qualified here but do check further.

    Well it isn't actually the case. For example, the diagnosis and support plan does not cover SJTs or interviews as they aren't usual at school or uni. However firms do offer alternates for SJTs for those with diagnosis of different SEND based on which SEND they have. So whilst the person may...
