Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

Hello, I was just wondering if law firms can reject someone based on writing “160%” as opposed to “one-hundred and sixty percent”

I definitely agree with this point. At this point what would make it a truly level playing field is things like this forum. Honestly, as much as I appreciate you highlighting the issue I also think we can’t stop it. So the best we could maybe might be to even say everything on the forums so...

Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

To say this is cheating is a bit of a stretch.. what is the difference between this.. and telling someone the questions you were asked at an interview. They’re both part of the assessment. However, it seems to be that people feel it’s perfectly fine to ask “what questions do so & so ask on...

Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

I agree.. but honestly speaking.. this is never going to stop. I think people who go to ACs and do well seem to want to help everyone as much as they can. Which means part of the competition has now become “getting the info “. So I think sometimes people also have to do the best they can in...

    Ask A Graduate Recruiter Anything!

I think that’s what he meant. I don’t know why that made me chuckle. I think that “you should apply “ thing is a very polite thing and never means anything. I hoped it would help me with my W&C application, especially after going for two of their events.. spending so much time with the...

Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

That’s very interesting. I really honestly doubt that a little bit because of what another person on the thread said earlier..Essentially they got a few below averages and one above average .. then they got through.. so I wonder if there are other things taken into consideration or it’s just...

Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

Thank you so much we are oddly similar with our test results haha. Except for work ethic.. I got learning agility. Fingers crossed but I don’t know these days. I’ve had a lot of rejections and like one interview so it’s hard to stay positive. Thanks again!

Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

I feel as though, those scores are perhaps what they look out for more than the situational judgement. So if you score a over average in all, plus have a good app..the you get through. Cause the...

Hearing Back from Law Firms, Assessment Centres & Interview Tips - 2019 - 2020

In my experience i think they work in batches.. so first rejections.. first wgs.. then hold.. the go to hold.. reject from hold then put through.. so it might mean you’ve made it through this round so it’s hopeful so let’s hope.
