Has anyone applied to Bird & Bird for Spring and just not heard anything? I applied end October/first week November I think, so wondering if my application has just been lost.

What are firms looking for when they ask why diversity is important or why they should focus on diversity? Should I include personal anecdotes? If not, it feels like everyone would have the same answer?

It’s not automatic, GR has to trigger it for you to get the link (although it is automatic in the sense that they don’t review your application before you do the test).
No, I mean, I got the email they sent saying "you've passed the SJT and moved to VI stage; please bear with us while we ready the VI." Has anyone actually received the VI?
