I think that they probably just haven't updated their website- from going to a talk with R&G in November they mentioned that they used to have fairly standard questions on their app (why law, extracurriculars etc) but this year they changed it to just the question you mentioned.- Sam55

Yes they do- I did the vac scheme last year- its a short interview with a partner and a member or grad rec. The interview mostly focuses on your experiences during the vac scheme- Sam55
