I didn’t realise that DLA Piper shortlist even after you have passed the VI. Definitely a unique experience but hopefully most who manage to pass the VI also get the AC.
This was the case last year too, maybe something in their offer that states they can’t post about it till the VS ends or more likely they don’t use TCLA.

Yeah completely see your point but I was wondering if being a younger candidate affects your chances, rather than being an older candidate which naturally brings more experience.
