I'd keep it to at least 900 but if you feel like you've added everything substantive that you could and there is no room to bring in any other competency or motivation to support your application then around 800 should be fine too.- AvniD

You don't need to drop specific competitors (especially if it's not helping you answer the question you've been asked)- you can choose to focus on the growth strategy and what makes it stand out on its own and you'll still have a strong answer.- AvniD
