They are effectively the same thing - they should both be asking you to provide past examples of how you have demonstrated a skill or behaviour. No - they don’t have to fill all the spaces. Because of the time lag it’s easy for them to make later offers, even in the next cycle if needed. Qualifying Law Degree
You don't need a qualifying law degree to sit the SQE. You just need a Batchelors degree level qualification in any degree subject (no matter what the grading). So this will not be an issue.- TCLA Community Assistant
