    Definitely do need new answers (that would actually be a bit weird) but I would expect the answers to be more in-depth than the detail in your application. So the themes can be the same, but I would present a more detailed analysis/evidence to support those themes.

    I generally wouldn’t expect a firm to sponsor visas for a vacation scheme because of their expense. It will be as expensive (possibly even more) to apply for and get the visa than it will be to employ the student on the scheme.

    Yes - that would be fine. You can always do a quick concluding sentence like “I am also impressed by the firm’s X and X, but the two key reasons for my application are those I have mentioned”.

    They are different questions to me. The first is about selling your USPs/strengths. The second is about your motivations. There might be a bit of cross over if a strength is your motivation, but I’d generally expect them to cover different themes.
