Usually the Graduate Recruitment Manager/Head of Team, or possibly the Training Principal, but most likely GR as they are closer to the detail of the collected feedback and understand the wider dynamics that decisions on individual hires.
Definitely do need new answers (that would actually be a bit weird) but I would expect the answers to be more in-depth than the detail in your application. So the themes can be the same, but I would present a more detailed analysis/evidence to support those themes.
For everything you find to focus on that’s a negative, force yourself to identify a positive to balance it out, even if it seems small (you got there on time, you smiled, you asked some interesting questions). You’ll be hyper focused on small details of the negatives, so doing the same for the...
I generally wouldn’t expect a firm to sponsor visas for a vacation scheme because of their expense. It will be as expensive (possibly even more) to apply for and get the visa than it will be to employ the student on the scheme.
Yes - that would be fine. You can always do a quick concluding sentence like “I am also impressed by the firm’s X and X, but the two key reasons for my application are those I have mentioned”.
Here is some advice I have provided in the past:

I completely agree with @axelbeugre ’s response.
It doesn’t have to be legal and it doesn’t have to be academic. Just pick something that truly meets the “excites and inspires” criteria.
This is very true! Particularly for firms with regional offices, it is a real blight - they have had decades of people applying to what they deem is a less competitive office and then either at TC conversion point, post TC offer or even upon qualification, the candidate asks to move to London...
The first step is to do some self analysis and be honest with yourself as to what you need to improve on. Make sure it has some relevancy to the type of firm/work you would be doing though.
Then try to think about how you are currently trying to improve that area now and also how you could...
This also shows that sometimes candidates are the own worst critic.
There is no chance on earth that your performances were “worst” no matter what category you put on it!!
Don’t beat yourself up even after such good news - make sure you recognise the positives of your performance as it’s a...
They are different questions to me.
The first is about selling your USPs/strengths.
The second is about your motivations.
There might be a bit of cross over if a strength is your motivation, but I’d generally expect them to cover different themes.
A vacation scheme is generally a recruitment tool to hire talent into that office - it isn’t done just to build out people’s CV/give them experience. They are usually looking for people who they can convert into trainees into that location.
There will be exceptions to this, but that’s the...
Interesting one where their logo is K&S and their website is kslaw.
I think it will be fine as K&S is used on their Chambers Student Guide profile, which they would have signed off
You should apply for the location you want to be a trainee at. The firm won’t easily be able to consider you for a TC if you are interning at another location. That also works for different offices within the U.K. too.
You don’t HAVE to apply to the same office, but you are making your chances...
You can state you have an appointment/meeting you cannot change the date of and ask them whether they have any alternative dates you can attend instead. You can reference it being another assessment centre if you want to, but you can just state it is an appointment you cannot change.
I’d give...
