Only if it naturally comes up in the conversation. It would be slightly out of place if someone just mentioned this in the middle of a conversation if it wasn’t directly linked to what was already being discussed.
Either call or email the graduate recruitment team to talk about it. They will have been asked this before.
Just be willing to say that you are happy to make the time up over the rest of the scheme but you are aware there might be important vacation scheme aspects happening on that day which...
I think its the nature of the assessments. With the LPC, sponsored candidates could choose electives aligned to the area they would be working in and/or would have bespoke courses, some of which allowed a better staggering of modules/assessments. There were also different forms of assessment...
1) Not necessarily, as many people don't have AS levels. It really depends on what the individual law firm is asking you to submit though.
2) Look at the specificness of the question - if it says "have you ever had a resit an exam" then I would declare it, but if it is just asking you whether...
You need to look at your offer letter details as any terms around passing the LPC or SQE will be included in that.
I think many firms are thinking of allowing one resit though as a minimum, even if it is only for the first couple of years for the SQE. But I think a lot of firms are also...
I don't think you need to introduce yourself as this information is going to be elsewhere in your application (your name, what you are studying/what you are currently doing).
Obvious copy and paste from another firm’s application.
Not meeting basic eligibility criteria
Excessive arrogance
Little effort put into the application
Duplicate application to the same vacancy in the same cycle.
Being over qualified (often the case with international qualified lawyers...
Firms won’t even bother checking unless they have your approval to do so as it’s pretty dodgy from a data protection perspective.
However, you are going into a profession where integrity is a fundamental requirement. Don’t do this.
I have known firms to ask for proof of offers though. By...

I won’t have any availability this weekend as I am on annual leave, but will be taking calls over the Easter weekend. My availability for these...
These processes can be exceptionally slow unfortunately. Do persevere with the firm and explain to them that the £100 is a lot of money to you right now and so you would be grateful if it could be reimbursed soon.
I don’t think firms do any social media checks. I have never seen any anyway.
It would be pretty difficult/impossible to do given the number of platforms, that profiles don’t necessarily make you identifiable etc.
Some firms will give you to mid September as a penultimate year undergraduate.
Other firms are likely to give you four weeks - this is generally considered best practice unless the training contract or signing up to law school process starts soon.
I’d wait to see what your offer is, what the...
No - they aren’t going to rescind your offer. There is a reason they are giving you a choice of dates. If the dates were an issue, they would only be offering you specific dates.
I would call them/email them again, especially given the call did not happen. You can ask for them to send confirmation via email if it is that they will not be offering you a position.
