There is no harm in asking. The firm will have a clear idea whether they do or don’t allow this, so it won’t be negotiated as such, will just be something you need to ask whether they can or not.
I would avoid a hoodie just in case it is seen as too informal (it is just being able to see the hood at the back that might give it that impression). But I think you can wear any sweater/jumper as long as it wasn't too wacky (e.g. bright colour/highly patterned/slogan on the front/xmas jumper!)...

Not at all - very common for people to ask for alternative AC dates due to other commitments.
The worst that can happen is they say no, and then you could always ask the other firm to change instead.
Unless it is exceptionally late in the recruitment process or the firm is only running one AC...
