It will depend on what intakes the firm is recruiting for in this cycle. If they are advertising 2024 TC opportunities, then VS'ers can be considered for them. My view is that you probably need to sit it out a little more. Four weeks in July/August is no time at all in a law firm. I don't think it automatically makes you more appealing - you could be an appealing candidate anyway without it. However, it can show a commitment to a legal career at the same time.
